Returns:
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. If 14 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as when received.
Proof of purchase is required for all returns. Please include a printed copy of your email receipt with your return shipment.
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

Refunds:
Upon receipt of your return, we will send you an email notification.
Refunds will be automatically applied to your original payment method. Please allow several days for processing.
Partial refunds may be issued for items not returned in their original condition.
Fees for expedited shipping options are non-refundable once your order has shipped.

Orders that are ready to ship or partially completed may not be eligible for cancellation.
Missing Packages:
If your package does not arrive by the estimated delivery date, check the status online using your tracking number or contact information.
If the package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, check with neighbors and verify the delivery address.
Contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date if you believe your package is missing. We will assist in locating the package or arranging a replacement if necessary.
Damaged Items:
In the event that your item arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please send us photos of the damage, including the packing materials and shipping container.

If there is an issue with your 3D photo upon receipt, we may be able to remake it.
